Using a qualitative approach through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by the PRISMA framework, the study analyzed 120 selected articles indexed in Scopus. The findings indicate that Muslim minority communities develop flexible, context-dependent, and responsive adaptation strategies to existing socio-cultural challenges. However, the normative development of Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh al-Aqalliyyat) tends to be slower and remains largely doctrinal. The study identifies two key gaps: the speed of adaptation gap, which refers to the temporal mismatch between societal needs and normative responses, and the epistemic gap, which indicates the limited integration of empirical experience into the development of Islamic law. Based on these findings, the study proposes a conceptual model that explains the mismatch between social dynamics and normative frameworks. This study argues for a reorientation of Islamic jurisprudence toward a more proactive, context-sensitive, and empirically grounded approach. Theoretically, this research contributes by offering a new conceptual perspective that positions Muslim minority communities as active agents in shaping the development of Islamic legal thought.
2026-05-04T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Bhinneka Journal of Multidisciplinary Knowledgehttps://ojs.sumatraniresearch.id/index.php/BJMK/article/view/11Educational Management Strategies to Improve School Quality in the Digital Era to Create Quality Schools2026-05-01T17:32:28+00:00Usman Jayadiusmanjayadi2021@gmail.com
This study aims to analyze educational management strategies for improving school quality in the digital
era and their contribution to realizing quality schools. The study used a qualitative approach with descriptive
methods. The research subjects included principals, teachers, and education personnel selected through purposive
sampling. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data
analysis used an interactive model that includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The
results show that the implementation of digital-based education management can improve administrative efficiency,
learning quality, and the effectiveness of data-based decision-making. However, its implementation still faces various
obstacles, such as limited teacher digital competence, lack of technological facilities and infrastructure, and
resistance to change. Effective strategies for improving school quality through digital education management include
strengthening principal leadership, improving the digital competence of educators, developing management
information systems, providing technological infrastructure, and implementing continuous digital-based evaluation.
In conclusion, digital education management makes a significant contribution to realizing quality schools when
supported by competent human resources, adequate infrastructure, and a planned and sustainable strategy.
2026-05-02T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Bhinneka Journal of Multidisciplinary Knowledgehttps://ojs.sumatraniresearch.id/index.php/BJMK/article/view/14Integration of Zakat in the National Economic System Strategy and its Implications for Community Welfare2026-05-04T12:51:14+00:00Suherman Saragihsuhermansaragih80@gmail.com
This study aims to analyze the integration of zakat into the national economic system and its implications for public welfare. Zakat, as a sharia economic instrument, has significant potential to support economic development, particularly in poverty alleviation and equitable income distribution. However, the realization of zakat collection in Indonesia is still suboptimal compared to the existing potential. This study uses a qualitative approach with library research methods, where data is obtained from various sources such as scientific journals, books, and relevant official reports. The results show that zakat management in Indonesia has experienced positive developments in terms of institutions, regulations, and digitalization. However, the integration of zakat into the national economic system still faces various obstacles, such as low public literacy, lack of trust in zakat institutions, and suboptimal coordination and integration of policies. Possible strategies include strengthening regulations, increasing the professionalism of zakat institutions, optimizing digitalization, and reorienting zakat distribution toward productivity. Effective integration of zakat has been proven to have positive implications for poverty alleviation and equitable distribution of income, so that zakat has the potential to become a strategic instrument in realizing a just, inclusive, and sustainable economic system.
2026-05-04T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Bhinneka Journal of Multidisciplinary Knowledgehttps://ojs.sumatraniresearch.id/index.php/BJMK/article/view/12Legal Analysis of Personal Data Protection Following the Enactment of the Personal Data Protection Law2026-05-01T17:36:31+00:00Agus Siagiansiagian.agus76@gmail.com
The rapid development of digital technology has increased the risk of personal data misuse in Indonesia,
thus leading to the enactment of Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection as a comprehensive
legal basis. This study aims to analyze legal regulations, implementation, the effectiveness of law enforcement, as
well as obstacles and efforts in protecting personal data in Indonesia following the enactment of the law. The research
method used is normative legal research with a juridical approach, which examines primary, secondary, and tertiary
legal materials through literature review. The results show that normatively, personal data protection regulations in
Indonesia are quite comprehensive and adopt international principles. However, their implementation still faces
various obstacles, such as suboptimal implementing regulations, weak supervisory institutions, low levels of public
awareness, and limited capacity of law enforcement officers. The effectiveness of law enforcement against personal
data breaches is also less than optimal due to the complexity of digital crime and limited resources. Therefore,
integrated efforts are needed through strengthening regulations and institutions, increasing public digital literacy,
and developing technological security systems to achieve optimal personal data protection in Indonesia.
2026-05-02T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Bhinneka Journal of Multidisciplinary Knowledgehttps://ojs.sumatraniresearch.id/index.php/BJMK/article/view/8An Integrative Model for Sharia-Based Cryptocurrency Development in Indonesia2026-03-18T05:12:35+00:00maulana majied sumatrani saragihmajiedzheng@gmail.com
The development of cryptocurrency as part of the digital economic transformation has brought significant changes to the global financial system, including in Indonesia. However, its implementation remains controversial from a sharia perspective, particularly regarding elements of usury (riba), gharar (gharar), and maysir (gambling). This study aims to formulate an integrative model for the development of sharia-compliant cryptocurrencies that aligns with the principles of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) and the regulatory framework in Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative approach, incorporating literature studies and conceptual analysis of regulations, Islamic economic theory, and the development of blockchain technology. The results indicate that the development of sharia-compliant cryptocurrencies requires the integration of four main aspects: law and sharia, economics, technology, and institutions. The proposed integrative model emphasizes the use of underlying assets, the transparent implementation of blockchain technology, and oversight by sharia institutions to ensure compliance with Islamic principles. Furthermore, this model also considers national regulatory aspects to create legal certainty and protect users. This study concludes that sharia-compliant cryptocurrencies have significant potential to support financial inclusion and strengthen the sharia economy in Indonesia. However, their implementation requires synergy between regulators, Islamic scholars, academics, and industry players.
2026-05-01T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Bhinneka Journal of Multidisciplinary Knowledge
