Archiving and Preservation Policy

Bhinneka Journal of Multidisciplinary Knowledge (BJMK) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published articles. The journal implements a comprehensive archiving and digital preservation strategy to safeguard scholarly content and maintain its availability for future generations.

All published articles are stored and managed through the Open Journal System (OJS), which supports secure and reliable digital archiving. To enhance preservation, the journal utilizes recognized archiving systems such as LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS, ensuring that multiple copies of the journal content are distributed across various locations to prevent data loss.

In addition, BJMK participates in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), which provides free and decentralized preservation services for journals using OJS. This system guarantees that all published content remains accessible even in the event of technical failures or discontinuation of the journal website.

The journal also encourages authors to deposit their published articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, and other academic platforms, provided that proper citation and acknowledgment of the original publication in BJMK are included.

Through these archiving and preservation practices, BJMK ensures the integrity, permanence, and accessibility of its scholarly content, supporting the continuity of academic knowledge and research dissemination worldwide.
