The Journal of Economics, Management, Development, and Education (JEMDE) respects the intellectual property rights of authors and is committed to ensuring that all published works are distributed ethically and legally.

By submitting and publishing an article in JEMDE, the author(s) agree to the following terms regarding copyright and licensing:

1. Copyright

  • The author(s) confirm that the submitted manuscript is an original work and does not infringe any copyright or intellectual property rights of third parties.

  • Upon acceptance and publication, the author(s) grant JEMDE the right to publish, reproduce, distribute, and display the article in all forms of media (print and electronic) for scholarly and archival purposes.

  • The author(s) retain the moral rights to be identified as the creator(s) of the work.

2. Licensing

All articles published in JEMDE are made available for open access use. Readers are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full text of articles for lawful purposes, provided that proper credit is given to the author(s) and the journal.

3. Reuse and Distribution

Any reuse of the article must:

  • include appropriate citation of the original publication in JEMDE

  • not misrepresent the author’s work

  • comply with applicable copyright and academic integrity standards

4. Third-Party Materials

If the manuscript contains copyrighted material (such as figures, tables, images, or large text excerpts) owned by a third party, the author(s) must obtain written permission from the copyright holder and provide proper acknowledgment in the manuscript.

5. Self-Archiving

JEMDE allows authors to deposit their articles in institutional repositories, research repositories, and personal academic platforms, provided that the original publication in JEMDE is clearly cited and linked to the official journal page.
