Repository & Self-Archiving Policy
The Journal of Economics, Management, Development, and Education (JEMDE) supports the dissemination of scientific knowledge and encourages authors to increase the visibility and impact of their research through self-archiving and repository deposit.
Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit their manuscripts in institutional repositories, research repositories, and personal academic platforms, provided that the original publication in JEMDE is properly acknowledged.
1. Accepted Versions for Self-Archiving
Authors may archive and share the following versions of their manuscript:
a. Preprint (Submitted Version)
The version of the manuscript before peer review. Authors may share this version on preprint servers or repositories at any time.
b. Postprint (Accepted Manuscript)
The peer-reviewed version that has been accepted for publication but has not yet been formatted by the journal. Authors may deposit this version after acceptance.
c. Publisher’s Version (Final Published PDF)
The final formatted version published by JEMDE. Authors may share this version after publication, as long as proper citation and a link to the journal website are provided.
2. Conditions for Repository Deposit
When depositing any version of the manuscript, authors must comply with the following conditions:

The archived manuscript must clearly state that it has been submitted to or published in JEMDE.

The author must include complete bibliographic information (title, authors, journal name, volume, issue, year, and DOI if available).

A link to the official article page on the JEMDE website must be provided.

The content must not be modified in a way that misrepresents the published version.
3. Recommended Repositories and Platforms
Authors may deposit their manuscripts in:

Research repositories (e.g., SSRN, ResearchGate, Academia.edu, or other equivalent platforms)

Personal websites or personal academic profiles

National repositories, where applicable
4. Copyright and Licensing
Authors must ensure that self-archiving practices comply with the journal’s copyright and licensing terms. Any redistribution must include proper citation and acknowledgment of the original publication in JEMDE.
